At TrueCal Auto Glass Inc., we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials. We are committed to ensuring every installation meets the highest industry standards.

Lifetime Workmanship Warranty (Leakage Only)

TrueCal Auto Glass provides a lifetime warranty against water leaks resulting solely from installation (workmanship) errors. This warranty remains valid for the lifetime of the vehicle ownership by the original customer.

  • Warranty Coverage Includes:
  • Water leaks directly caused by improper installation of the glass
  • Defects related strictly to installation workmanship
  • Necessary repairs to correct verified workmanship-related leakage issues

Warranty Conditions:

This warranty is valid only under the following conditions:

Any rust, prior corrosion, or prior damage to the pinchweld will be communicated to the customer and stated on the invoice.

  • 1. No Pre-Existing Damage
  • The vehicle must not have any prior damage to the pinch weld (mounting surface).
  • The vehicle must be free of rust, corrosion, or structural damage in the installation area at the time of service.
  • 2. Original Owner Only (Non-Transferable)
  • This warranty applies only to the original vehicle owner at the time of service.
  • It is non-transferable and becomes void upon change of ownership.
  • 3. Proper Care & No Tampering
  • No third-party modifications, removals, or tampering with the installed glass.
  • The vehicle must not have been involved in any incident that could impact the integrity of the installation.

What Is Not Covered:

This warranty does NOT cover:
  • Stress cracks or glass breakage after installation
  • Damage caused by accidents, vandalism, or external impact
  • Leaks caused by rust development after installation
  • Pre-existing structural or pinch weld damage
  • Wind noise, unless directly related to workmanship
  • ADAS calibration issues
  • Any issues unrelated to installation workmanship
Warranty Claim Process:
  • Customer must contact TrueCal Auto Glass Inc. as soon as the issue is noticed
  • Vehicle must be brought back for inspection
  • TrueCal reserves the right to inspect and verify that the issue is due to workmanship before approving any warranty work
Limitation of Liability:

TrueCal Auto Glass Inc. is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Warranty is limited strictly to the repair of workmanship-related leakage issues.
